Exotic wood is a noble and living material that can, over time, exhibit natural variations. It is normal for this wood to develop micro-cracks or slight splits due to variations in humidity and temperature.
These small imperfections are part of its character and do not affect the sturdiness or aesthetics of your furniture.
However, if a slot is wide enough to allow a credit card to be inserted, this is not considered normal wear and tear. In this case, we will consider it a defect and process the claim as part of our after-sales service within 12 months of purchase.
